Seacrest Park in Sorrento serves as the club's home ground, providing excellent facilities for all players and supporters. The Percy Doyle clubrooms were opened in 1989, followed by the addition of the pergola area in 1993. In 2011, the club celebrated the opening of the new Sorrento Clubrooms at Seacrest Park, further enhancing the experience for members.
Throughout its history, the Sorrento Duncraig Junior Football Club has had numerous achievements and successes. The club has produced over 30 state representatives, and it has been awarded Champion Club of the District in 1993, 1998, 2004, 2005, and 2009. Furthermore, the club has secured over 30 open grade premierships, with additional titles won in 2011.
The Sorrento Duncraig Junior Football Club takes pride in the development of its players. Several former junior members have gone on to play in the Australian Football League (AFL), including Ian Perrier (Adelaide), Todd Ridley (Essendon), Matt Priddis (West Coast Eagles), Daniel Rich (Brisbane Lions), Adam Cockie (West Coast Eagles), and Jack Darling (West Coast Eagles).
The club's commitment to fostering a love for the sport begins with their Auskick program, which started in 1987 with 42 participants. Today, Auskick has grown significantly, with player numbers reaching 527 in 2016.
