It is our mission to support our students in this journey by providing a variety of yoga styles and classes suited to their needs.
Soul Agenda Yoga & Pilates offers 12 different class styles, all under one roof. This includes Power Flow, a dynamic practise heated to 30 degrees Celsius, perfect for intermediate and experienced practitioners looking to challenge themselves physically. We also have Mellow Flow, a gentle open level class designed to offer a sense of spaciousness and nourishment in both body and mind.
For those seeking deep relaxation and a meditative experience, our Yin class is a floor-based practise that includes long holds to target and rejuvenate deeper tissues and joints. We also have a Prenatal class, specially designed for expectant mothers, providing support and consideration for their unique needs.
At Soul Agenda, we recognise the importance of connexion and bonding between parents and their babies. Our Parents & Bubs class offers a light-hearted practise that allows moms and dads to engage in postnatal yoga asanas while spending quality time with their little ones.
In addition to our yoga classes, we offer other practises like QiGong, an ancient Chinese form of energy cultivation that combines intentional breathing and specific movements to enhance internal energy. Our Warm 26+2 class is a style of Hatha yoga that follows a standardised sequence of asanas performed in a warm environment at 30 degrees Celsius.
For those looking to elevate their yoga practise further, we offer workshops and retreats. Our workshops are designed to provide students with the tools and knowledge to deepen their practise and grow spiritually. Retreats allow students the opportunity to escape the demands of daily life and immerse themselves in a transformative experience led by their favourite yoga teachers.
