I am a certified Reflexologist, Reiki practitioner, and Yoga teacher, offering a range of services at Soul Harmony Wellness and Reflexology. My mission is to help individuals restore balance physically, mentally, and spiritually through these healing modalities.

In Reflexology, I focus on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, and ears that reflect the entire body. By applying pressure with specific thumb and finger techniques, I aim to reduce tension, promote relaxation, and bring the body back to balance.

Reiki, on the other hand, is a spiritually guided life force energy that treats the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Through the laying of hands, Reiki promotes healing, relaxation, and stress reduction.

I also offer Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment/Complete Cellular Soul Memory Clearing techniques, which work on clearing barriers in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being to help us live to our true potential.
