My approach to teaching Kundalini Yoga is rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected. By combining movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, I create a holistic practise that addresses the needs of the whole being. In addition to weekly classes, I also offer Moon Ceremonies and Kundalini Goddess Ceremonies in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. These sacred rituals provide a space for deep healing and connexion with the divine feminine energy within. Through Kundalini activation and divine feminine healing, participants are able to awaken their intuition, strengthen their sense of self, and cultivate self-love.
Throughout my five years of teaching, I have honed my skills and integrated divine alchemy with traditional Kundalini Yoga practises. This has allowed me to create my own signature approach to spiritual growth, healing, empowerment, and transformation.
