Traditions. From a young age, I was exposed to the teachings and practises of yoga and meditation, and it became an integral part of my life.
After moving to Slough and seeing the need for a space that combines movement and meditation, I founded Soul Shala. The name “Soul Shala” represents a sanctuary for the soul, a place where individuals can come to find solace, peace, and connexion.
At Soul Shala, we offer a wide range of yoga classes to cater to all levels and abilities. From beginners' classes to advanced flow sessions, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone. Our experienced instructors are passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and guiding students through their own personal journeys.
In addition to our yoga classes, we also offer meditation sessions and retreats. Meditation is a powerful practise that allows individuals to quiet the mind, cultivate mindfulness, and tap into their inner wisdom. Our meditation sessions are led by experienced teachers who provide guidance and create a calm and supportive environment for practitioners.
At Soul Shala, we believe in the holistic approach to well-being and offer additional services to support our students' journeys. We have a range of pure essential oil blends that are specifically selected to enhance relaxation and promote mindfulness. These blends are made with intention, using organically produced and consciously sourced ingredients.
We also offer crystal-infused rollers, which are designed to energise the properties of the oils and provide a ritual of self-care and mindfulness. Students are welcome to bring back their bottles for refills of the same blend, further promoting sustainability and mindful consumption.
As a community-oriented studio, we value the connexions that are formed within our space.
