She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and Ayurveda for overall health and well-being. Another instructor at Soul Yoga, Jeannine, has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga. She completed her 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher training and has studied Ayurveda with the Vidya Institute. Jeannine's classes are gentle and subtle, emphasizing breathing, mindful movements, relaxation, and meditation. She combines traditional and modern yoga practices to create an enriching experience for her students.
