The Juniors Programme aims to equip students with fundamental skills that can be applied in everyday life, while also promoting social and cognitive development and providing regular physical activity. The beginners programme focuses on basic techniques, flexibility, stamina, and coordination. It also emphasises the importance of Kyokushin martial arts values, emotional regulation, work ethic, and setting personal goals.
Class times for the Juniors Karate programme are Mondays and Wednesdays from 5. 00pm to 5. 45pm.

Founded by Sosai Matutatsu Oyama in Tokyo, Kyokushin Karate is known all over the world for its power and effectiveness. Oyama dedicated his life to spreading knowledge of karate, undergoing rigorous training and seclusion before returning to society and gaining worldwide recognition for his abilities.

Our Kyokushin Karate training develops and conditions the physical body, stimulates the mind and nurtures the soul through stamina, perseverance and discipline. Sessions include basic techniques, combat combinations, self defence, kata, fitness and sparring.
Seniors Karate runs Mon and Wed 6.00pm to 7.30pm. Juniors Karate runs Mon and Wed 5.15pm to 6.00pm for Young Warriors, with Sun 10.30am to 11.15am.
You can come and try with the first two classes free. We also run entry level Kick Start Young Warriors for a safe, supportive and fun start to karate training.
