Founded Southern Wing Chun with the goal of continuing the tradition of teaching Wing Chun in Morphett Vale and providing a welcoming and supportive community for students.
At Southern Wing Chun, they prioritise practical and direct self-defence techniques over brute strength or physical size. The instructors aim to empower their students by teaching them realistic techniques that work in real-life situations, giving them the confidence to protect themselves when it truly matters. In addition to self-defence skills, the classes also focus on improving posture, relaxing muscles and joints, and utilising the body and mind's natural power.
