Our class schedule includes various styles such as Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa Flow. Each class is designed to challenge and relax the body, mind, and spirit, allowing students to connect with their inner selves.
