Southwest Middlesex is proud to offer an outdoor swimming pool at 138 North Street in Glencoe. The Southwest Middlesex Pool is a 6-lane, 25-meter competition pool with a shaded spectator area. Our pool offers a range of programming including public swimming, aquafit classes, Life Saving Society swim lessons, lane swim, swim team, Bronze Cross Courses, and more! Every year, we host a swim meet that is open to all surrounding municipalities.
During summer, our outdoor swimming pool is a popular destination for residents and visitors alike. Families can enjoy a refreshing swim, participate in aquatic fitness classes, or enrol their children in swim lessons. The pool provides a safe and welcoming environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities to enjoy the water.
In addition to our outdoor swimming pool, Southwest Middlesex also offers a variety of other recreational facilities and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy. These include parks, trails, playgrounds, conservation areas, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, arena, and community centres. Our goal is to provide opportunities for residents to stay active, healthy, and engaged in the community.
