The Spa at Ramside has a cancellation policy in place to ensure that they can provide the best service possible to all their guests. Full payment is required for all spa day and spa stay bookings, and a 50% refund will be given if notice is given prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Re-booking may also be offered up to 4 weeks following the original date, subject to availability. However, if cancellation notice is given inside 48 hours, no refund will be given.
In the event of not attending a scheduled treatment, full payment will still be charged. Additionally, arriving late for your scheduled appointment will result in a reduced treatment time and full payment will still be charged.
