No Programa Metabolismo Turbo 2.0 você treina com acompanhamento total até 40 minutos, por até 3x por semana. O programa inclui 2 avaliações físicas e plano nutricional com especialistas.
Na Musculação Premium você treina com atenção total, com correções, ajustes e controle de carga. Você também conta com especialistas em emagrecimento e lesões, com acompanhamento de verdade.
