SPARK Health & Fitness is excited to invite you to our upcoming Fitness event! Located in the heart of the Low Fell community, our small gym prioritises creating a friendly and supportive environment where egos are left at the door. Our passionate and supportive team has all been on their own fitness journey and are now dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.
Our journey began back in 2014, with a few inspiring individuals training outdoors in Gateshead. Rain or shine, they consistently showed up and achieved amazing results. Word quickly spread, and our Sparks crew grew, leading to the opening of our first facility called The Loft in Low Fell. Now, even with the new facility, we still continue to train outdoors.
What sets SPARK Health & Fitness apart is our uniquely personal space at our warehouse HQ where we deliver training sessions in a supportive and challenging style. We offer small group sessions to foster a sense of camaraderie among our members. However, we also understand that everyone is different and provide enough space for individuals to focus on their own goals.
At SPARK Health & Fitness, you won't find treadmills or cross trainers. Instead, we focus on our passionate and supportive team to guide individuals on their fitness journey. We offer bespoke programs and classes designed for each individual, regardless of fitness level, age, body shape, or size.
Before training begins, you'll have a confidential chat with a member of our SPARK team to discuss your goals and assess your current fitness levels. This allows us to create a personalised wellness profile, considering factors such as body fat, muscle mass, hydration, bone density, visceral fat, metabolic rate, and metabolic age. We also take into account your diet, nutrition, and lifestyle to create a comprehensive training and nutrition program that aligns with your new balanced lifestyle.
