In addition to the main gym area, Spartans Gym offers a separate 13,000 square feet space dedicated to pin-loaded machines, free weights, barbells, and dumbbells, allowing individuals to work out every part of their body. This area also features a 50m running track around the perimeter of the room, perfect for maintaining workout intensity or taking a leisurely walk in-between exercises. The Group Fitness room, located within this space, hosts over 50 classes per week, catering to a variety of fitness interests. Spartans Gym also provides a boxing area, stretching space, a private infrared sauna, and specialised rooms designed for older adults and bodybuilding posing.
