Spiders Boxing Club

Spiders Boxing Club Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation located in Caboolture, Queensland. The club aims to support and sponsor boxers, providing them with different pathways and opportunities to attend tournaments and gain life experience both inside and outside the ring. Their main focus is on helping boxers become better versions of themselves, not only as athletes but also as individuals, within a family-oriented club.

The club welcomes individuals of all ages who are interested in getting fit, getting strong, learning boxing, or simply having fun. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer, Spiders Boxing Club offers classes tailored to your skill level and goals.

Heading the coaching team is Luke Sheehan, a highly motivated and passionate coach. Luke volunteers a significant amount of his time to train athletes and has achieved great success, producing top-performing Australian Amateur Champions. These boxers compete at a high level, both nationally and internationally. Alongside Luke, a dedicated team of coaches, executive committee members, and administration staff ensure the smooth operation of the club.

Safety and welfare are a top priority for Spiders Boxing Club. All Executive Committee members, Coaches, and Administration staff hold current 'Blue Cards,' indicating that they have passed background checks and are registered with the Queensland Government. The club is also affiliated with Boxing Queensland and actively encourages boxers to pursue qualifications as boxing coaches, judges, and referees.

In addition to their boxing programme, Spiders Boxing Club offers community engagement and fundraising events to promote their values of unity and support. They strive to create a positive impact beyond the ring, contributing to the local community.
