As you progress, you will need to invest in your gear, including 16oz boxing gloves, shin guards, groyne guard, and a gum shield.
Spirit Dojo Legacy offers a variety of classes tailored to suit different skill levels and interests. They have Muay Thai/MMA Striking classes, technique and padwork sessions, BJJ/Submission Wrestling classes, and sparring classes. Beginners are encouraged to attend the technique and padwork sessions for a few months before joining the sparring classes.
