James from Sport Brighton would like to share some exciting news about the Eastbourne Sports Centre! Located on Denton Road, the centre offers a fantastic range of facilities and packages to suit everyone’s fitness needs. With competitive membership plans, members can access the gym, classes, and even enjoy discounted swim access.

For those wanting more, the premium Swim Plus membership provides additional open swim access. Sport Brighton keeps it affordable, offering various monthly and annual membership options, aiming to cater to the entire community.

Parking is a breeze with spots available on Gaudick Road, just a short stroll from the centre. Members can validate their parking at reception for free access.

Your Sport Brighton membership isn’t just limited to Eastbourne; it also gives access to the Falmer and Moulsecoomb centres, ideal for those who work or travel around Brighton.

Membership fees start at £17 per month for current University of Brighton students, while the Swim Plus membership is £29 per month. There’s also a special TOFS membership for those aged 60+, which includes gym access, unique TOFS classes, and swim sessions. And if commitment isn't your style, you can always opt for the pay-as-you-go option for open classes and swim sessions.

Joining is simple and can be done online or in person at reception, where members get a welcome email with login details to book services through the online portal.

Members can enjoy free classes, book online or at reception, and get discounted court bookings. The Eastbourne Sports Centre features a 25m swimming pool, a 36-station fitness suite, and a six-court sports hall marked for badminton, basketball, and volleyball. Plus, there’s a climbing wall for beginners and a covered artificial pitch for football, hockey, and lacrosse.

For those who love classes, the centre has two gymnasiums for various activities and a new spin studio for spin enthusiasts. Sport Brighton ensures inclusivity with full disabled access.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:15 to 22:00, Saturday and Sunday from 08:30 to 17:00, and on Bank Holidays from 08:00. Note that the centre closes over Christmas and New Year, typically from lunchtime on Christmas Eve until the 1st of January.

If members need to cancel their membership, they can fill out a cancellation form before the 26th of the month to avoid the next payment.
