During the class, participants focus on gradually increasing their ability to perform “sports specific” drills, which include speed, agility, quickness drills, core stability, flexibility, and specific skill demands for their particular sport. The main goal is to ensure that clients regain their confidence and are fully prepared to return to their sport without the risk of re-injury.
