Spring Bay Tennis Club, located in the picturesque town of Triabunna on Tasmania's east coast, is a vibrant and family-friendly tennis club that offers a range of memberships and court bookings. The history of the Spring Bay Tennis Club dates back to its original location near the marina precinct in Triabunna, where the courts were built by the local community and businesses. However, due to the sale of the building and land by the Glamorgan Spring Bay Council, the club has recently relocated to the Triabunna Recreation Ground. This move has brought the tennis club closer to other sporting associations in the area, such as the Triabunna Football Club, Triabunna Cricket Club, Triabunna Junior Football Club, Spring Bay Netball Association, and Spring Bay Junior Netball Association.

Thanks to the Australian Government's Drought Communities Grant and the oversight of the Glamorgan Spring Bay Council, the Spring Bay Tennis Club now boasts brand new facilities. The club features two newly laid Plexipave courts, which provide an excellent playing surface for both social and competitive tennis. In addition, the club has recently constructed fabulous new clubrooms, offering members a comfortable and welcoming space to relax and socialise after a game.

Getting to the Spring Bay Tennis Club is a breeze, with its convenient location at 71 Charles Street in Triabunna. Visitors can simply drive through the entrance to the football/cricket ground to reach the tennis club. Once inside, members can access the courts via a key code provided upon joining the club. The keys, located in a key box on the back of the clubrooms, grant access to the courts, clubrooms, and toilets.

Non-members or casual court hires are also given a specific key code when booking a court, with the non-member key box conveniently located nearby.

Aside from regular court usage, the Spring Bay Tennis Club offers various membership options to suit different individuals and families. A six-month membership is available for only $30 for a family, making it an affordable and enjoyable activity for the whole clan. Court hire is also available for non-members at a rate of $5 per hour, while members can enjoy free court access.
