Andrea Wady, the founder, champions wellbeing and personal growth. With qualifications in coaching, Pilates, and nutrition, Andrea adopts a holistic approach, recognising that wellbeing encompasses both body and mind.
Andrea’s passion for coaching and Pilates began after motherhood, prompting her to retrain. She earned a Masters Degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and a Level 3 Diploma in mat work Pilates, along with comprehensive teacher training with Balanced Body.
With extensive qualifications and experience, Andrea is committed to helping individuals reach their wellness goals. Through Pilates classes, private reformer sessions, and bespoke wellness coaching programmes, she aims to support and empower clients on their journey.
SPRING Wellbeing offers a personal environment with traditional Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector. These tools help improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture.
Small group mat classes and equipment sessions are provided on a 1 to 1 or duet basis, ensuring individual attention and guidance. Introductory sessions are available for those new to Equipment Pilates.
