The 28-Day Squad Starter is a structured entry into Squad designed to help you build a consistent routine over 28 consecutive days. You'll receive 12 classes across all formats plus 1 Sanctuary session for recovery and reset, and your 28 days begin from your first booked class.
Most members attend 2 - 3 times per week during their starter so it fits comfortably into their schedule. We'll help you map it so you know what to book and how to structure your weeks.
At Squad Wellness Studio, you can find Reformer, Pilates, Barre, and Yoga classes. Our boutique approach keeps classes small for personalised attention and a strong sense of community.
