In 2003, a group of passionate squash enthusiasts came together to establish Squash Moncton with the mission of promoting and growing the sport in the community. Over the years, the club has grown to become Atlantic Canada's largest squash club, now boasting 6 International singles courts, 2 convertible doubles courts, a fitness area, a self-serve kitchen and lounge, and mens and womens change rooms.
Squash Moncton is a member-owned club governed by an elected board of directors. The club offers a variety of programming for every level of player, from beginners to advanced, in a welcoming and friendly environment. The Pro Shop at Squash Moncton carries an array of squash gear, including racquets, court shoes, goggles, balls, grip tape, wrist bands, and t-shirts. If there is something specific you need, the staff will do their best to source it for you.
The fitness area at Squash Moncton is equipped with everything you need to warm up before a match or get in a daily workout. With spin bikes, a treadmill, TRX equipment, weights, and a squat rack, you can stay in top shape for your squash games. After your match, relax in the lounge area between the courts, where you can order a beverage and socialize with other players while watching live squash or other events on the TV.
The club's rich history dates back to the early 2000s when squash in Moncton was struggling to survive. Thanks to the dedication of the founding members of Squash Moncton, the sport has flourished in the area. Today, the club continues to provide a hub for squash enthusiasts to come together, play the game they love, and grow the sport in the community.
