Meet Our Team Our dedicated team at Stafford Physiotherapy and Pilates consists of highly experienced and qualified professionals. Sandra Day, our Principal physiotherapist, is not only a physiotherapist but also a Clinical Pilates Instructor and a certified GLA:D Physiotherapist. Allyson Flanagan, our Senior physiotherapist, is also a Practise Manager and Clinical Pilates Instructor. Greg Holmes is a physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor, while Jody Mak is a physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates instructor, and Yoga Instructor.

Opening Hours We understand the importance of convenience for our clients, which is why we offer flexible opening hours. Our clinic is open from 8am to 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays, 7am to 7pm on Tuesdays, 8am to 7pm on Wednesdays, 7am to 6pm on Fridays, and 8am to 12noon on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Our reception desk is available Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6:30pm, Friday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8am to 11:30am.
