Principal Sharon Isaacs wants the sports community to know about the opportunities available at Stagecoach Performing Arts Cheltenham. Founded by Sharon, Stagecoach Cheltenham helps children discover their potential through dance and drama, with experienced teachers guiding them each step of the way.
Weekly classes take place on Saturdays at Cleeve School, Bishops Cleeve. Children aged 4–6 attend a 1.5-hour session, while those aged 6 and above join a 3-hour session filled with performance opportunities and engaging projects. For newcomers, two-week trials are offered to get a feel for the programme.
Stagecoach Cheltenham uses a unique educational framework for singing, dance, and drama, tailored to each stage of learning. They also offer Lamda examination opportunities, giving students a chance to earn qualifications in performing arts.
Sharon, who has been at the helm since 2000, remains dedicated to every student's success. The school embraces all chances to perform, whether it's shows, community events, or professional gigs.
Safety and well-being are top priorities at Stagecoach Cheltenham. All staff are Enhanced DBS checked, ensuring children are always in safe hands. Parents can stay informed through the school's Facebook page and noticeboard.
For the spring term of 2024, Stagecoach Cheltenham is open to new students of all ages. A two-week trial is available for those interested. The school accepts childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare for termly classes and holiday workshops. Families can check their eligibility for the Childcare-Choices scheme to potentially save on fees.
