Rachel Barker, a former Stagecoach student, understands well the needs and aspirations of both students and parents. Since joining Stagecoach in 1996, Rachel has transitioned from being a student to a teacher, manager, and eventually Principal. This journey has given her valuable insight into creating a nurturing environment where every child's potential can be celebrated.

Rachel and her dedicated team, with strong connections to the performing arts industry, are committed to aiding students in their social and educational development.
In addition to weekly classes, Stagecoach Basingstoke West provides holiday workshops for children to further explore their passion for performing arts. Students also have the opportunity to participate in performances and castings. Some have even performed at the prestigious Shaftesbury Theatre in the West End and secured professional jobs through the school's facilitated castings.
Stagecoach Basingstoke West offers various examinations to enhance students' learning experiences. They provide individual acting tutorials with opportunities to take LAMDA drama examinations, which help students improve their communication skills and confidence, and even earn UCAS points. Additionally, the school offers Trinity exams in partnership with Trinity College London, allowing students to showcase their talents further.
