Stagecoach Performing Arts Garforth and Selby

Abby and Simon have been running Stagecoach Performing Arts Garforth and Selby since 2019, and they can't wait to welcome your young performers! Located in Selby, this drama and dance school is perfect for kids to explore their creative side while having a blast.

Abby, a secondary English teacher with loads of experience in First Aid, Safeguarding, and Special Needs, is passionate about making sure every child feels safe and supported. She loves planning shows and seeing students wow their families with their performances.

Stagecoach Garforth and Selby offers weekly classes for kids aged 4-18. The classes are split into Early Stages (ages 4-6) and Main Stages (ages 6-18). Abby and her talented team, all with Enhanced DBS checks, teach singing, dancing, and drama, helping kids build skills and confidence.

Throughout the year, students get to perform at amazing venues like the Grand Theatre Blackpool and the Carriageworks Theatre Leeds. Plus, there's a fantastic trip to Disneyland Paris for students aged 8 and up, where they can perform in front of the iconic castle and join the Pre Parade on Main Street!

At the end of each 12-week term, kids showcase what they've learned in front of family and friends with costs for costumes and admission covered by the school, so you can snap those precious moments without worrying about extra expenses.

Stagecoach also offers private 1:1 LAMDA Acting and Musical Theatre exam tuition with great pass rates. Plus, higher-grade LAMDA exams are recognised within the UCAS Tariff, giving students valuable qualifications for the future.

Early Stages classes are held at Brigshaw High School in Allerton Bywater, while Main Stages classes take place at Brayton Community Centre in Brayton, Selby.
