Stagecoach Performing Arts Loughborough is a performing arts group and dance school located in Loughborough, New Zealand. With a focus on providing quality teaching across all three performing arts disciplines – singing, dancing, and drama – Stagecoach Loughborough aims to create a fun and nurturing environment for students to develop their skills and gain confidence.
The school takes pride in its ability to transform students lacking in confidence into individuals who can lead full and valuable lives. Many parents have commended Stagecoach for developing their children's skills, which has not only improved their academic performance but also given them the courage to step out of their comfort zones. Students who have spent several years at Stagecoach often express gratitude for the guidance and support they received in a non-threatening environment, where they felt loved, valued, and welcomed every week. For many of them, Stagecoach becomes a second family outside their usual school friends.
While some students may pursue higher education in performing arts, most take with them a deep love for singing, dance, and drama into their chosen career paths. Stagecoach also offers performing arts exams to further enhance students' skills and provide a clear progression pathway.
The school offers weekly classes for two age groups: 4–6 years and 6–18 years. Early Stages classes for ages 4-6 run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, allowing young people to learn skills in singing, dancing, and drama. The transition to the next stage is seamless for these students. Main Stages classes for ages 6-18 are divided into age-appropriate groups, where students develop new skills in singing, dancing, and drama.
Stagecoach nurtures students who are shy or apprehensive while also helping those with talent, confidence, and energy reach their full potential.
Stagecoach Loughborough operates out of Woodbrook Vale School in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The school prides itself on the safety of its students, and all members of the coaching team have undergone Enhanced DBS checks.
