Stagecoach Performing Arts Teddington is a renowned performing arts group and dance school that offers quality part-time training in the performing arts for children aged 4–18 years. Located in Teddington, New Zealand, Stagecoach Teddington aims to nurture and develop young potential through singing, acting, and dance classes, fostering a sense of creativity and building confidence.
As part of the largest network of part-time performing arts schools in the UK, Stagecoach Teddington offers a comprehensive range of classes and opportunities. Besides traditional acting, singing, and dance classes, they also provide camera acting classes, film creation workshops, and opportunities to collaborate with West End Stars. Students even get the chance to perform in the renowned West End and enjoy backstage tours of top theatres in London.
Led by Principal Will Chitty, Stagecoach Teddington is dedicated to providing a safe and enriching environment for children. The entire team has undergone Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, ensuring the safety and well-being of every student.
Students can benefit from weekly classes specifically designed for different age groups, including Early Stages for children aged 4–6 years and Main Stages for ages 6–18 years. The Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools and focus on developing skills in singing, dancing, and drama. On the other hand, the Main Stages classes cater to older students and are divided into three age-appropriate groups. These classes offer comprehensive training in singing, dancing, and drama and are aimed at nurturing talent, building confidence, and developing new skills.
Stagecoach Teddington also offers holiday workshops during school breaks, providing an intensive learning experience and an opportunity for students to further refine their performing arts skills.
Stagecoach Teddington is an OFSTED registered school and accepts Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare as payment for their classes and workshops. They offer a free two-week trial for those interested in enrolling.
