Staines The Pole Hub, a fitness club located at Matthew Arnold Sports Centre in Staines, offers exhilarating pole fitness group classes suitable for individuals of all skill levels. Whether you are just starting out or are an elite poler, The Pole Hub has something to offer you.
With classes taking place on Monday and Thursday evenings, you can easily find a time that suits your schedule. The Monday classes cater to intermediates at 6:00pm, followed by an intense advanced class at 7:00pm. On Thursdays, the elite class begins at 6:00pm, followed by intermediates at 7:05pm and beginners at 8:05pm.
If Saturdays work better for you, The Pole Hub also offers select Flips Classes at 11:00am.

In terms of pricing, The Pole Hub provides a range of options to suit your needs. You can sign up for a 6-week block for £95, opt for a personalised 1-2-1 session for £45, or enjoy a group class with a friend or two with the 2-2-1 and 3-2-1 options priced at £30 and £25 per person, respectively.
If you're new to pole fitness and simply want to dip your toe into the world of exhilarating workouts, you can try a taster class for £20. Additionally, The Pole Hub offers a special Flips Class for £18, perfect for those looking to master impressive flips and acrobatic moves.
For those who prefer to try out a single class before making a commitment, The Pole Hub has you covered. You can join a Trial Class for £17, or even drop in for a single session for the same price.
