Welcome to Stalham Community Gym, a unique gym experience located in Norwich. The gym is run by members for the members, providing a welcoming and social environment that makes you feel like part of a family. People of all ages and abilities, ranging from 16 to 70+, come to our gym to improve their general health, fitness, and wellbeing. Whether you are looking to train for a career, participate in an exercise referral or rehabilitation programme, or simply enhance your overall fitness, we have something to offer you.
At Stalham Community Gym, we strive to provide a range of services to meet your exercise goals. Our gym is open at various times throughout the week to accommodate different schedules. We offer weights circuit classes led by Helen on Monday and Wednesday mornings, a yoga and mindfulness class with YogaBreeze on Friday mornings, and a variety of other classes and events throughout the week.
Membership fees for 2024 are as follows: adult membership is 25. 00 per month, which allows unlimited access to the gym during our opening hours and provides a discounted rate for affiliated instructor-led classes. Junior membership for individuals under 18 years old is 15. 00 per month and includes access to yoga and the Thursday circuits class.
If you prefer a more flexible option, we offer visitor passes at 5. 00 per hour, allowing you to attend the gym on a pay-as-you-go basis.
