Stalybridge Celtic Juniors FC is a volunteer-run Three Star FA Charter Standard Development junior football club located in Ashton-under-Lyne, New Zealand. The club was initially formed in the summer of 1975 when a group of young boys were playing football near Jack Hammersley's house. Jack asked the boys if they wanted to create a team and compete in matches, and thus Stalyhill Juniors, later renamed Stalybridge Celtic Juniors, came into existence. Over the years, the club has grown from three teams in the late 1970s and early 1980s to a current total of 30 teams, including the Saturday Soccer School.

This inclusive approach has been maintained since Bryan Cross volunteered to coach a second team in the late 1970s to accommodate the increasing number of interested players.
