St. Clair Tae Kwon Do is a renowned Taekwondo school and non-profit organization based in Sarnia, dedicated to providing quality teaching and training to students of all ages and capabilities in the art of Taekwondo. Established in 1979, St. Clair Tae Kwon Do is a registered non-profit organization that is a proud member of the Ontario Tae Kwon Do Association and is recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Recreation.
Our team of qualified and experienced instructors are committed to helping students develop self-confidence and self-defence skills through fun and exciting classes. Taekwondo training at St. Clair Tae Kwon Do includes a system of blocks, kicks, punches, open-handed strikes, as well as various takedowns, sweeps, throws, and joint locks.
We offer a range of classes for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where individuals can grow both mentally and physically.
We also organize various events and activities throughout the year, such as chili cook-offs, 50/50 draws, and social gatherings, to foster a sense of community among our members.
