She’s a dedicated coach and really knows how to push you to your best.
Then there's Sammy, our Group Fitness Instructor. Sammy's classes are where the fun happens. With a dance background and loads of energy, she makes sure every session is both challenging and a blast. Whether it's Zumba or a high-intensity workout, her classes cater for all fitness levels and are designed to get you maximum results.
Our facilities? Top-notch! We’ve got a wide array of high-quality equipment from big names like Cutler Strength, Rogue, Atlas Strength, and more. Whether you’re into lifting, cardio or functional exercises, we’ve got you covered. The gym spreads over two floors, packed with everything from Stairmasters to exercise bikes. Plus, if outdoor training is your thing, our Strongman area has all the gear you need.
Comfort’s key here. The gym’s fully air-conditioned and we’ve got a gym shop for your supplements and snacks. Need a refresh? Grab something from the fridge vending machine. We've also got you covered with designated toilets, changing rooms, shower facilities, and even a sports therapy room for post-workout recovery.
For those eyeing the Ultimate Body Transformation, we offer a 12-week programme with everything – from an initial consultation to diet plans and regular reviews. There’s even an exclusive Posing Studio to track your progress.
