Stephanie Brossard is a dedicated and passionate Certified Advanced Rolfer located in Nanaimo. She graduated from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado in 2015 and completed her Advanced Training in Germany. With a background as a certified yoga instructor and a degree from UVic, Stephanie brings a unique understanding of how bodies move and function.
Stephanie's journey into Rolfing began when her grandmother was successfully treated for lockjaw by a Rolfer, inspiring her to explore this alternative therapy further. After experiencing her own transformation through Rolfing sessions that alleviated her chronic toe issue, Stephanie found her true calling in helping others achieve wellness and healing.
As Nanaimo's only Certified Advanced Rolfer, Stephanie is dedicated to providing holistic care to her clients. Each session, which typically lasts up to 60 minutes, includes a thorough before and after assessment of posture and movement, along with personalized “homework” suggestions. Stephanie also offers before and after photos for those interested.
In addition to her Rolfing practice, Stephanie is actively involved in Nanaimo's theatre scene, showcasing her passion for the arts.
