St Leonards Croquet Club

Welcome to St Leonards Croquet Club, the busiest croquet club in Tasmania. Located at the Northern Tasmanian Croquet Centre, the club boasts eight lawns, providing ample space for members and visitors to enjoy the game of croquet.

Membership at St Leonards Croquet Club is open to anyone interested in joining. To get started, simply come along any Wednesday and “Have a Go”. The annual membership fee is $180, and there are also green fees for visitors. The first visit is $5, the second visit is $5, and there is no charge for further visits for the week.

Visitors are always welcome, with a daily fee of $10.

When playing at St Leonards Croquet Club, it is important to wear flat-soled shoes at all times to protect the lawns. Club colours of burgundy and white are worn for Pennant and Team play, adding a sense of camaraderie to each game.

The club offers different activities throughout the week. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the lawns are available for play. Wednesdays are dedicated to club day, with both Golf Croquet (GC) and Association Croquet (AC) social play available all day. Visitors are welcome on Wednesdays as well.

Thursdays feature a variety of mallet games, providing an opportunity for players to expand their skills. Fridays are available for play, while Saturdays offer social play for both AC and GC. Sundays round out the week with lawns available for play.
