Our junior Basic Beginner sessions run on Saturdays 09:30-10:30 for 7yrs-12yrs and 10:30-11:30 for 13yrs-16yrs, with Wednesday sessions at 18:00. Advanced Boxers train Monday's and Wednesday's 18:00-19:00 for 7yrs-16yrs.
Carded Boxers train Monday's and Wednesday's 18:45-20:00 for under 50kg and 19:45-20:45 for over 50kg, plus Fridays 18:00-19:00. Senior Fitness is Saturday 08:15, with Beginners on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:00 and Recreational sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:45 and Fridays at 19:00.
