The fitness suite is available from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm on weekdays, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturdays, and 8:30 am to 7:30 pm on Sundays. The suite features Technogym equipment such as upright bikes, cross trainers, treadmills, rowers, and more. Additionally, it boasts a functional area with Kinesis One, balance boards, water balls, TRX, and a dedicated weights area equipped with a squat rack, plate-loaded leg press, dumbbells, barbells, and resistance machines. Members also benefit from personalised 4-week fitness programmes tailored to their goals.
The swimming pool, a 25-metre ultraviolet filtered facility, hosts a variety of sessions including fun and floats, lane swimming, member swim, Swim Fit, and Swim Smart. The pool area also includes ample changing rooms with electronic keypad lockers and a separate family changing room for convenience.
For climbing enthusiasts, the newly introduced climbing wall is available. The weekly Clip 'n' Climb sessions welcome both adults and children, ensuring an exciting experience for climbers of all levels.
