When Shayna was introduced to Pilates by her sister, she immediately felt a strong connexion to the practise. Even while practising on her own at home, she recognised the positive impact it had on her body and mind.
As Shayna's passion for Pilates grew, she decided to pursue a career in the field. She began her study of Pilates in 2011 and, with perseverance and dedication, completed her training, earning a Diploma of Contemporary Pilates & Teaching Methodology, as well as a Cert IV in Contemporary Pilates & Teaching Methodology. As she continued to expand her knowledge of the body, Shayna was inspired to open her own studio in 2014 to share her love of Pilates with others.
