Welcome to StrengthWorks, a Small Group Personal Training facility located in the heart of Bramley, Guildford. Our goal is to make strength and performance training accessible to anyone, regardless of their ability. Through our three key principles of Movement, Mindset, and Strength, we aim to bring simplicity and clarity to your training and goals.

At StrengthWorks, we provide sessions that not only challenge you but also prioritise your safety. Our fully bespoke 1,500 square foot studio in the heart of Bramley offers a modern and fresh space for your training.

With on-site free parking and our team of experienced coaches, we ensure that you get the most out of each session.

Our team at StrengthWorks is led by Craig, who has 16 years of industry experience and has coached individuals of all levels, from beginners to professional athletes. Dan, our other director, is a former army officer with a passion for sports and fitness. Nikki, our operations manager, brings a diverse background in communication, finance, HR, and events to ensure the smooth running of our facility and your member experience.
