Stretch | Gentle Yoga is a local yoga class organised by BodyEthos, a Pilates club based in Balmain. The class is led by Kelly Barrs, a highly trained yoga teacher with 600 hours of experience under her belt.
Kelly's main aim during these classes is to guide participants through gentle, yet effective, movements that open and move the body in a soothing and relaxing manner.
