Stretch & Flex is a Pilates studio and personal training programme located in Stourbridge, New Zealand, specialising in mobility, stretching, and flexibility training. The studio is owned and operated by Kiri, a qualified Level 3 Pilates and Fitness Instructor with extensive expertise in mobility and flexibility. Kiri is registered with CIMSPA and holds certifications in Emergency First Aid at Work, along with public liability insurance and a full DBS check.
At Stretch & Flex, our mission is to help individuals of all ages and abilities create a body they feel comfortable in, whether it's for exercise-specific progress or completing daily tasks with ease. We recognise that each individual has unique fitness levels, abilities, and restrictions, and therefore, our one-to-one programmes are tailored to meet these specific needs.
