Welcome to Stretch It Yoga, a leading gymnastics centre in Dublin dedicated to promoting health and wellness through the practise of yoga. Our centre offers a wide range of classes, including specialised classes such as Pregnancy Yoga.
Pregnancy Yoga is a specially tailored form of yoga that is safe and beneficial to practise while pregnant. Our classes are designed to help you prepare both your mind and body for pregnancy and childbirth. Our experienced and fully trained teachers will guide you through each pose, offering modifications to suit your specific needs and challenges.
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are held every Thursday evening from 7. 30-8. 45pm. You can join the class from 12 weeks into your pregnancy and continue right up until you give birth.
It is important to note that if you have any pre-existing conditions or pregnancy complications, you should consult with your doctor before starting the classes.
The benefits of a consistent practise in pregnancy are plentiful, including increased strength and stamina, birth preparation, empowerment, and relief from pregnancy-related aches and pains. Our classes provide a supportive community of women who come together to nurture and support each other through this special journey.
To join our Pregnancy Yoga classes, all you need to bring is comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. Our classes are currently held online via Zoom, with our usual location being St Fintans Parish Centre in Sutton, Dublin 13.
