At Strode, you'll find two swimming pools, the latest gym and fitness equipment, a sauna in our health suite, and an extensive programme of group exercise classes including yoga and pilates.

As a registered charity, Fusion Lifestyle is dedicated to reinvesting in the community to continuously improve and develop our offerings. In the past year alone, our facilities and services have seen over 20 million visits, with over 5 million of those visits made by individuals under the age of 16. We have also conducted over 3 million swimming lessons and welcomed over 6 million visits from concessionary target groups. We pride ourselves on offering inclusive and accessible services that cater to a diverse range of individuals.
