Stroke Improvement Course at Collingwood

Swimmers who are keen to level up their stroke game are in luck! Collingwood Estate Gym is hosting a Stroke Improvement Course this July at the Collingwood Leisure Centre. Kicking off on Wednesday, July 17, this 5-week program is all about fine-tuning freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly techniques. With personalized coaching and targeted drills, swimmers can expect to see significant progress in no time.

Led by dedicated coaches, participants will work on perfecting their strokes and building up endurance every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 7pm until August 14, 2024. To dive into this course, swimmers should be able to comfortably swim a 100m freestyle. And hey, if Wednesdays don't work for you, a similar course is available at the Richmond Recreation Centre on Tuesdays!
