Looking for a way to take your swimming skills to the next level? Collingwood Estate Gym has got you covered with the upcoming Stroke Improvement Course starting on Tuesday 16 July 2024 at Richmond Recreation Centre.
This 5-week program is designed to provide swimmers with personalized coaching to fine-tune their freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly strokes. The passionate coaches will lead participants through progressive drills aimed at improving both technique and endurance.
Sessions will take place every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm, giving swimmers plenty of time to work on their skills in the water. To join in on the fun, participants should be able to swim 100m freestyle continuously.
