With specialisation in working with young people, older adults, rehabilitation clients, and those looking to develop sport-specific physical skills, Lisa is fully qualified to address your unique needs. Additionally, she is a Lift for Life trainer and can provide exercise programmes designed specifically for adults diagnosed with or at risk of Type 2 Diabetes and other chronic conditions.
At Studio 44, Lisa works closely with each client to design a programme that suits their schedule, ambitions, and budget. Sessions can be conducted one-on-one or in small groups and can run for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Lisa's approach is to tailor each programme to the client's specific needs while accommodating pre-existing injuries or rehabilitation requirements. She also sets short, medium, and long-term goals to keep clients motivated and on track.

Lisa Summers' skills and qualifications include a Certificate IV in Fitness Personal Training from the Australian Institute of Fitness and a Certificate III in Fitness Gym Instruction. Rehabtrainer. au and holds a Level 1 Kettlebell, Ropes, and Sandbag accreditation, as well as a Level 3 Exercise Professional status recognised by Fitness Australia.
