Studio Alia Pilates

Studio Alia Pilates is a beautiful and intimate Pilates studio located in Port Melbourne. Founded and taught by Natalie Idrizovic, the studio was designed with the clients in mind, inspiring them to move, connect, and be challenged. By offering private, semi-private, and small group classes, Studio Alia focuses on each individual to ensure they get the most out of their Pilates sessions.

Pilates is known for its ability to improve physical well-being while also promoting mental clarity and strength. At Studio Alia, clients can take advantage of a $90 introductory offer, which includes one private session and two small group classes. This offer is exclusively available to new clients at Studio Alia.

The studio offers various classes and pricing options to suit individual preferences and needs. Private sessions are available for one-on-one training, allowing clients to have the entire studio at their disposal. These sessions are tailored to each client's goals and include the use of a combination of mat, reformer, barre, and small equipment such as foam rollers, arc, TRX, balance boards, and weights.

For those who prefer to work out with a partner or family member, semi-private sessions are available. These classes allow clients to share the studio with one other person while still receiving specialised attention and guidance.

Studio Alia also offers small group classes with a maximum of four participants. Each person follows their own individual programme, ensuring personalised attention despite the group setting.

Additionally, Studio Alia provides online and corporate classes, making it convenient for clients to continue their Pilates practise from the comfort of their own homes or workplaces.
