We believe that ballet is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, size, or background. Our mission is to eliminate the barriers that often discourage adults from pursuing ballet training and create a supportive community where everyone can thrive and grow.

We strive to deliver high-quality training that is accessible to all, whether our students are curious beginners or experienced ballet lovers. At STUDIO B, we celebrate individuality and encourage our dancers to embrace their unique abilities and talents. We offer a variety of online group ballet and conditioning classes that cater to different skill levels and schedules. This allows our students to take classes from anywhere in the world and fit their ballet training into their busy lives.

Additionally, we organise regular workshops and masterclasses both online and in-person in London, Lisboa, and Porto, providing opportunities for further growth and learning. As a certified Royal Academy of Dance school, we also offer the option for students to become RAD exam candidates, further advancing their ballet education. ABOUT MISS INS RAD RTS Miss Ins Coelho da Silva, the founder and principal of STUDIO B, is a highly qualified ballet teacher with a wealth of experience. Holding a Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher certification and a Silver Swans Licence, she has undergone rigorous training in ballet teaching and student safety.

Miss Ins has dedicated 20 years to ballet, adhering to Royal Academy of Dance standards, and has taught ballet in both private and public institutions in Portugal and the UK. She is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique Teacher and actively seeks opportunities for professional development to stay updated in the field of dance education.
