With a short drive from Eltham, Hurstbridge, Warrandyte, and just on the fringe of the Yarra Valley, our studio offers a convenient escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

At Studio Breathe, our passionate team offers small group pilates, yoga, and meditation sessions, as well as private clinical pilates, yoga therapy, and shiatsu. Our focus is on providing sustainable, everyday wellness tailored to your current phase of life. We believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and supported on their wellness journey.

In our pilates sessions, we provide a simple and inviting environment for clients who want to establish a personal fitness practise. Our sessions focus on developing muscle tone and strength, improving flexibility, and creating a healthy mind-body connexion. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our qualified pilates instructor, Ruby, ensures each class is tailored to your needs.

If you're new to yoga or want to deepen your practise, our authentic and holistic range of small group classes, 1:1 sessions, and yoga therapy can support you on your yoga journey. Led by our registered teacher, Cherie, our yoga sessions are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. We also offer specialised yoga therapy services for NDIS clients.

For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, our shiatsu treatments provide a blissful escape. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, shiatsu massages work along the body's meridian lines to restore balance, promote healing, and bring a sense of calm. Cherie, our skilled practitioner, tailors each treatment to address your specific needs and health concerns.

In addition to our regular classes and treatments, Studio Breathe also hosts events and workshops, offering an opportunity to immerse yourself in a specific area of practise and break away from your weekly routine. We also offer private group classes for corporate events, sports groups, and unique celebrations.
