Studio Danse Anka in Sherbrooke is a thriving dance school founded by Anka Anka D. Rivard. The motto of the studio is “S'panouir, s'exprimer, tre en sant, ensemble! “ Which translates to “Flourish, express, be healthy, together!

” Studio Danse Anka offers a variety of dance classes for all levels, ages, and interests.

The upcoming Spring 2024 session will commence on March 18th and run for 8 weeks. The classes are a mix of in-person, online, and recorded sessions, providing flexibility and accessibility for all students. The studio prides itself on offering a warm and welcoming environment, with complimentary sangria, tea, and chocolate available for students to enjoy.

There is a maximum of 8 spots available in each group class to ensure individual attention and a personalized learning experience. Studio Danse Anka offers a diverse range of dance styles, including Middle Eastern dance, Gypsy dance, Bollywood, Burlesque, Neobellydance, and Afro-Peruvian dance.

In addition to group classes, Studio Danse Anka also provides solo or group performance services for events. The studio space is available for rental for filming, photo shoots, recordings, conferences, and more.

Anka Anka D. Rivard, the owner and lead instructor, is a passionate and experienced dancer with a unique artistic background. Anka has been teaching dance since 2005 and is dedicated to making classes both fun and educational.
